WOW! As Mutoe's "father", I was overwhelmed by the comments made by one of the judges (see previous post). It made his not being in the top ten OK.

In any competition where there are judges, who have their own likes and dislikes, you can substitute a different set of judges and you could have a completely different result.

I look foreward to seeing the comments made about Mutoe to help me grow as a puppet maker.

I was very impressed by ALL the puppets entered that had pictures posted here.

What a m-eow-arvolous cat!  I just may have to try something a bit more creative with the glorified sock patter the next time I try it!

the comeleon is great too.
I think if you join the contest you are a winner because you finished your idea, your charater and your puppet.

I didn't participate in the contest this year. I just made it like 3 or 4 days ago. I couldn't go through.
