Thats just  with household stuff, tommorow ill be going to Micheals to get some green craft hair, put it all over it, and hopefully  it will look like a monster.
This is my first puppet. Im really young, im not gonna tell you my age but i am under 16, so to me its a good start!

You are off to a great start, soon you will be raiding the sock drawer and making a whole assortment of critters.

I recently made sock like puppets with 4 of my nephews and nieces and they had so much fun - each one came out out unique.

If you want some more ideas, check your local library, I know ours has quite a selection of books on puppets made from household objects. Some of the ones that come to mind are:
