I just started wood carving last year to make walking staffs and wiccan wands for people. I do Renaissance Festivals once in a while and want to make a staff of my own which has an animated dragon sitting at the top of it. I want to be able to control it with a minor use of rods and stuff and do much of the body of leather.
So I stumbled on this place and I plan on learning a lot. Thanks for having it available to everyone!!!

Welcome to Puppets and Stuff................... I Love folks that carve wood staffs. Sounds like you would make a excellent marionette builder or builder of wood babies. Hope to see more of your work with staffs and animation.
