Just to let you know I bought some feathers off ebay from America - the price was good & shipping was low. took a while to get here but in good condition for a good price.

I get a lot of ostrich feathers and high quality boas at http://www.eventswholesale.com/ostrich-feathers/ I purchase in bulk for projects and save that way. I think the boas would work good for the hair, or maybe also ostrich fringe.
