I've been wanting to try one of these some day...they have so much character!  How did you find the job of covering the foam with fleece?  Was it hard?  I've made custom foam, fabric covered puppets before, but for some reason, this pattern scares me in that area, because it has so many bumps and curves.  Let me know what you did!
