GREAT!  I love the "custom made" one, really neat mouth design!!

Did you build them from scratch?

Thanks! Yes, I did...well...sorta I guess.
The little ones are made from my own pattern, called "Pint-Sized Pals".  The big one's "base" is made from Project Puppets "Rotondo" pattern.  Then, I simply added the features, and made the mouth different, so it wasn't so wide.  Also, I added fleece.

Well done.
How you did the mouth on the PP pattern?

Totally adorable!!! I love the mouth on the bigger one too - reminds me of Gerbert! The little cheeks are so cute! I like the way you used garland - is it attached to wire?
JOB WELL DONE!!!!

For the mouth on the larger one....this probably isn't the "correct" way to do these, but it was my first one, so an experiment.

First I glued the original mouth closed more.  Then, I trimmed a small hole under the lip, so that it would have more give to make it move easier.  Also, I made the mouthboard smaller on the bottom than the top, so that it would move only in the middle instead of the entire thing.
It's not perfect, but it works great for us.  If I was going to sell one like it, I would have to make a few adjustments.

As far as the garland...it's actually small fake trees that I cut apart.  You can find them in the dollar store...although, I haven't had as much luck finding the white/iridescent ones as the silver.

Thanks, guys, for the compliments!

Oh, they're adorable! (They also make me feel so cool - we're having a major heat wave at the moment here in Aus... wish I was with those cool looking snow flakes!)
