I like the eye line above. I think it helps pop and define his eyes. Don't forget that unless you are going to be using this for video/film, that your audiance is going to be at least 5 feet away from the puppet. It might help if you cut the line in half so that it is not quite so thick. You could also try a lighter brown.

I'm looking for a thinner eye liner...lighter color too to see what it will look like.
Had the flu for 3 days...didn't feel well enough to work on him until today.
I sewed his collar on today...

Forgot to mission what it is made of...the back is a 1" wooden piece from AC Moore the U.S. is made from model magic and glued on. I painted the whole thing black and drybrushed it silver...

You know you could just use a marker. Of course once you do that it is permanent. You can get higher grade artist markers at the Hobby store and they have a variety of colors and both thin and thick lining. I've used them before to detail out puppets. You could even use one to shadow his bags under his eyes some if you wanted. Do test the markers out on a spare piece of your fabric first. They don't always show up the way you expect them to.

Ahh... I thought he was going to talk to me in the video! :'( It was just a still shot. He does look good against that flag though. Pinnacle must be the software you used.
