I am amased he is so good almost my grandpa. Did you make the medal and the buttons yourself ??

Thank you.

Yep, didn't get the video camera out ...this weekend I hope.  I just bought the plug-ins for the software so now I'm set.

Yes I made the collar buttons and the medal.  I used craft foam for the medal and a 2 inch round wood button.  The medal is actually a picture of the real "VICTORY" medal given in World War I.

THanks every one...last thing I have to do is glue the neck in...and make a little script

If you need any help with green screen/chromakey tips or some background ideas, let me know and I'll show ya!
I have alot of the tools needed to produce chromakey videos and can tell you what works . Its a lot of trial and error but once you sync the technique, its really fun and opens up a whole new imaginative world for you and your puppets.

The backbone of the military is the NonCommissioned Officer  ...sooooo I had to make him a Sargeant.  Waiting for the glue to dry on the stripes before I sew them on.

Wow nice work with the puppet....I am with Shawn on adding some eye browse.....I would suggest black and thinner as well.....the eyes really need to pop and they seem to get lost in the face......the eyes (I can't stress this enough) are the key to ALL puppets I spend so much time on eyes more so than any other part on the puppet.

I also love the green screen sample nice job.....keep it up and keep us posted on progress with other puppets or video's.

All the best with puppet making and video making......

If you cant find any WW1 vids online, try ebay. SELLERS do carry clips that you can use.

Otherwise here is a link to a program that can do that for you.

Hope this helps
