Thanks!
Here is the hand....nothing fancy just2 pieces of 1/2 foam
Here are the arms covered...I'm not well versed in this foam thingy so I "hensen" stitched the arms. I don't know if that is what most people do; it gave me some quiet time...you know...Idle hands is the... yadda yadda yadda.
The grip is just your basic 2 finger tubes on top of the mouthplate and 1 under for the thumb...nothing fancy.
Thanks to everyone for their comments.

It is possible that it is a store by store option. Although Joann's fabrics are around the country they may have different companies that they buy from. If they are a public company or franchise (I think they are) then it would mean that the individual owners of each store could decided what they want to carry and where they get it to some degree. Perhaps that is the case here that the owner of the store that Dennis buys from has found an independent seller of foam that the other stores do not use. Even chain stores do not always carry the same thing.

Dennis,
I was over at the Foam Book Community where you had posted your concept drawings and Vania was asking about your progress on this. I went ahead and posted one of your current images you had shared with us, but thought I would remind you of the post over there. I know they would love to see the progress you have made.

Thanks Shawn. I went over and posted a bunch of pics...I did use a mix and match of techniques so I wasn't sure about posting. But I will post in both now.
Thanks again.
I have to go to the store and get some material for his special clothing...so I might have a day of quiet time
Thanks again.

Did you buy the foam at Joann via online? If you did, could you give me the link?
Thanks again
Well done, awesome puppet!
