Can anyone get in touch with Michele of Puppet Planet?? Two months ago I purchased, via paypal through her site, some supplies and never received them. I have tried both emails listed on her site and contacted her three seperate times regarding the matter. I now feel completely ripped off. I have done research and know all about her hardships personally, but she should be responsible and disable the function on her site which allows her to collect money.

You are not the only one - there are a number of us who have paid for figures and supplies that we have never received.  I have done everything short of hiring an investigator to find her.  I did recently talk with someone who does occasionally have contact with her and he told me that he would try to encourage her to "clean up her mess" so to speak IF he was able to get in touch - but I would not count on anything happening.  I know that she has had some bad things happen but unfortunately it appears that she will not be able to make good on the orders she has outstanding. I wish I had better news for you.

This really is disturbing................ I thought she was trying to make good on those orders. I'm so sorry you folks have to endure this. I'm not sure what to say at this point.

Suggest you dispute the charges with paypal and credit card. She would then HAVE to RESPOND to them.

I tried to dispute the charge with Paypal, but apparently it is not a big enough claim, or something to that effect. I'll keep asking around. Her work is great and no doubt she is a nice lady, but this is still not right. Thanks for everyone who responded thius far!

Michele does also sometimes post on Muppet Central. Maybe try her through there as well.

Even though I use Paypal, I use my credit card for payment rather than have the money taken directly from my savings or checking account. This way is Paypal won't take action, I dispute the charges with my credit card. I had a transaction that was past the 45 day limit for disputing and presto the credit card company was able to get action.

I truly hope Michelle does get it together.

I tried contacting her through facebook as well and she did not respond. I agree that her work is wonderful and it is so sad that someone as talented as her is no longer making the puppets we all love! I am glad I have one of her puppets I had just wished for the second one! I had sent her the wig to use and clothes for the puppet to wear too!

I truly hope Michelle does get it together.

This is bad news. Does somebody knows where she lives so somebody can go to her and ask about it...................... I think it is the only one left to get your stuff
