Oh Shawn, you know the way to a puppeteer's heart.  What wonderful ideas you have (said in the voice of red riding hood) :D

I finished my show and performed it just in time of catching a stomach flu.  I'm still recovering from the flu but relieved that I have another show completed and ready to go when school starts up again for the kiddos.  I did a lot of traveling and still have more traveling coming up so this took longer than expected to get finished.  I'm quite happy with the results.  Now, I just have to film it when I'm feeling better.  I added the finished pictures to my album on my public facebook profile if anyone is interested in seeing them.  Here again is the link:

Very very cool! This is soo very much something that I would make - but you do it better!
The styrofoam wheel is an upgraded idea that I did a few years ago (a ribbon, half blue and half black, which 'flows' when you pull it to make it look like a waterfall), and I wish I had thought of the wheel back then.

This is so very cool. I love the design and execution of the puppets.  They are really very unique.

Thanks!  You all are so supportive.

I went back to the place that I found the trunk and purchased a tiny version of it.  It measures approximatey 6 inches at the widest point.  I want to make a tiny version of my trunk theater to take with me when I travel.  I'm visiting family back in the States this summer but don't want to pack the larger trunk.  Still getting over my flu but will make a video soon of the puppet show.  Hopefully I can finish the tiny trunk theater before our flight in two weeks....eeek!
