thanks for all the opinions I think I'm going with #2, and lashes, I have them all ready to put on, I just need to paint my spoons!

Yep, my vote also was for #2, with bigger irises and some lashes Looks really good! Did you form that head in foam first?

yes her head is foam, then covered in microplush (a throw sized blanket)
I still need to add her eye lashes, iris color and... possibly a nose....here is her newest Look
