Our First Go At It Posted by CalebJns on Feb 04, 2010
Well, we have attempted our 1st Puppet...Please let me know what you think...He is rather larger than what we were shooting for, but my wife wanted to use a shirt from the school she teaches at...so he was patterned after a Youth Small T-shirt, instead of a 2T.   But anyway...you have to start somewhere.  Materials and all for him were less than $10.00 granted we spent $30, but will be able to make at least 2 more out of the same material we purchased.

I am a Children's Minister, and we are starting up a puppet ministry with our 4th-6th grade...I didn't have a puppet ministry budgeted in for this year, so needless to say, funds are not there, so we are going to attempt to improvise!

Please any advise will be helpful, and useful!  The wife did majority of it, she is the Bomb!

I have to make room in my workshop for new puppets so have some to donate to help puppet ministries that are getting started. Would you be interested in a couple of puppets?

Welcome to P&S. You've made yourself a great looking puppet. I know the kids will love interacting with him or her.
