I was looking on your site. It looks very good I have to say. But where is Ludwigsburg in Germany. I live in Ede near to Arnheim about 20 km. Here in the puppet world you are my nabour.
What do you use for mouthplates ? I am looking for stiff material what is hand washable and you can get it here and what kind of glue do you use.

I goggle Ludwigsburg and is it in the nabourhood of Stuttgart? That is a few hours on my bike to get there

yes Ludwigsburg is near Stuttgart and 522km from Ede.
I am using felt foam and cardboard for my mouthplates.
For the foam I use "UHU Kontakt Kraftkleber GEL". This Glue dries real fast and after 5 minutes you can work with the glued foam.
To glue some fabric features I use normal fabric glue like "HT2 Gütermann creativ".
And of course my hot glue gun with universal sticks.

The 2nd birthday of my god child went great. The hole day he run arround with the puppet on his arm a rod in the other hand and everybody has to say hello to the monkey and hug him. He where really happy about my present.
