shorty human puppet skit Posted by justjazblake on Feb 21, 2010
Does anybody know what they call the human puppet skits (I'm not sure you can call it a puppet cause there are no puppets involved) anyway.

This is what it is a two people stand behind a curtsin one person puts their head through the curtain along with their arms for the top.  the other person puts there hand through the curtain usually in some boots and makes the feet what is this and how do you build a set/stage for something like this.

sorry if I should not be asking this question here I just did not know where to look on the web/

I have no idea what it's called, but you're most likely going to find the name at a website full of improvisational games for theatre. That's where the exercise seems to be used the most (in improv) in my experience. (Just a guess... I don't know what the name is, and if I were inclined to look it up, that's how I'd research it, but I could be wrong!)

I think you are speaking of a Google Search: Humanette puppet. Yes that is a type of puppet so you are asking the question in the correct place.
