I bought today the tutorals of Dr puppet and what i can see it is great !!!!! But I order a few and from the head I can see onlt the first one all other 3 downloads I can't see because of a fault ist says. Eyebrow I can see all 3, blinking eyes only the first one the second has a fault too.  And the hands I can see. I don't understand why I can see a few and a few doesn't work. Have somebody an idea I really want to see them all, I like them very much. HELP  :'( :'(

It would be best to email Jay about this.  He has always been really good about helping folks get the files downloaded or sorting things out if there are any errors.  There is a link on his site that has his email address. http://www.drpuppet.com/main.html  It is on the bottom between Links and FAQ. It would help him if you could copy and paste the error that you are getting when you try to download them.

Shawn is right............. Jay is very attentive to these type things. He will help you figure out what is wrong and get you the correct upload files. Just be patient with him. Don't forget to email him and perhaps PM him from P&S as well.

The same thing happened to me last year. I just emailed Jay and told him the problem, and he sent me all of them on a disk. What a great person to deal with.     LT
