Here are my finished Quartet that I made using the 3-piece method. I had so much fun making these guys!
I'd like to get some footage of them in action. If I do I'll post it.

Yes my intention was to make them the same color and shape but give them all different personalities. My hubby was so surprised at how different they could look with just changing the features.

The one on the left reminds me of George Burns. They are all terrific.
