Did you use toweling fabric for some of her? Whatever it is it works great for texture.

Wow this is great! I saw another comment that this reminded them of the musical Gypsy. I bet if you made a large scare version of this, big enough to wear on a head, you would rent this baby out in no time!!! Then again that's just me thinking like a props master

No, it was some kind of furry/fleecy fabric.  Not sure what it's called, since it was in the cheap remnants section!
