More details of the process are on my blog, he was created over the Easter Weekend. The puppets eyes do light up, which was noticable in a few scenes and got a great showcase the final night when we blew a breaker in the middle of the show & all the lights went off. People who'd seen the show before thought the brief darkness was added to show off the eyes. I had the advantage of having an electrician as an assistant/husband.

Oooh fun! I love stuff that lights up! (Jealous too, I am too frightened to work with electricals myself, for fear of blowing stuff up... which I almost did once at a show)
