Man that looks awesome. I'm gonna have to give that sculpt wood a try. How much does that weigh?
Re: new project Posted by zooooom on Jul 01, 2010
Thanks!!! It's much more light than others epoxies such as Magicsculp or Aves.

Thanks!!!!!!Nice horse legs! Hey folks check out the construction on these. It is the pink wall board foam used for instillation behind things like siding and such. This is a great way to go about this. You can use some of the same concepts that are used in wood construction of a marionette but the foam is much lighter and easier to work with.

Indeed! It's easy to carve but to glue it you should use only a special foamboard adhesive like this one http://www.lepageproducts.com/ProductDetail.aspx?pid=80
For coarse sanding I use a grater like this one http://www.paulsfinest.com/Microplane-Gourmet-Small-Shaver-p-862.html but much cheaper from $$$ store,by the way,it's also great for woodworking. For fine sanding I use drywall sanding screen http://paint-and-supplies.hardwarestore.com/50-268-drywall-screens/drywall-sanding-screen-298133.aspx
