I think ALL of us can relate to that! My son remarked that it was a strange feeling, and scary thinking that he has to make his own life now! Transitions are always hard whether it is a graduation or a move to a new town even years after finishing college! At least puppets pack well and don't object to being boxed up! Our son comes home today to go through his room here at home to decide what he will take with him to his new place and what to get rid of and what Mom and Dad need to store for a while yet!
I think perhaps it's a different thing in Australia though. Americans much more move into college dorm rooms than here: staying at university campuses, or even moving out of home, is more for people who are coming interstate or from rural areas. It makes graduation a *lot* different, because you haven't quite made that transition yet to being 'out there on your own'.

Love the the last picture (eyes on hat) what a nice touch. Congrats to him and I hope he finds nothing but pleasure in the puppetry arts.
