This is the paint that it widely used by puppeteers. It is primarily used in the floral business but works great on foam and manufactured by Design Master

I don't recommend hardware type acrylic paint.....It makes the foam hard and will sometimes damage the foam. You can also use rit dye

There is a thread here somewhere about foam dyes. I just dyed some foam to make it fluoresce. Worked pretty well.

for block/filter foam, you can airbrush. for foam latex, use pax paint.

What dye did you use? I've been looking for flo dyes and haven't had much luck.
