Hi! I'm doing a Lady Gaga and a Barrack Obama puppet and I want to know if anyone would be interested in buying one? They will be really good quality in terms of design and general looking. I'm not a professional puppeteer, but I have experience (I've build almost each Avenue Q puppet TWICE).

I bet if you made them that you'll be able to sell them.  Even if not to someone here in the puppet community, they are popular enough public figures that I think they would go on ebay pretty fast.

 I made one puppet who playes Lady Gaga , but Im going to make more realistic. Do You have a photos of yours?

Looks like you are carving them out of blocks of foam. Is that correct?

The top of the head is carved (it's more solid, stable, easier to shape) and the jaw is made out of sheets of foam.

What do you recommend for the mouthplate? I've been doing them out of cardboard but with a "glossy" side, so it doesn't break inside... It has worked very well for my other puppets, but I feel like it's too cheap... Any ideas?
