Houston Symphony Puppets Posted by Out of the Box Puppets on Jun 16, 2010
Here are the puppets that I completed for the Local Chapter of the Houston Symphony. This volunteer group performs a short play using the puppets to introduce the kids to the Instruments of the Symphony. These puppets are all about 16-18" tall, like a very large sock puppet. The only one with arms is the Lion who is the conductor.

I love them all but I'm partial to the lion as I am the black light one you did some time back. They are gong to have fun with those.

I'm partial to the Lion myself. I think it's because the cloths give him more personality. He is covered in the camel and flesh colored antron I mentioned in the other post. The others are regular fleece.

Thanks everyone. They picked up their puppets today. So pleased. Always a sigh of relief when the are well received. I really think I must build an over sized Hippo. Just love building animals.
