No, neither of them have  settings.

I've always used a small bench bandsaw to cut foam.  Slices right through it and it's easy to stay on the lines.  No tired hands when you finish.

They have a varied lineup of hot wire tools made specifically for cutting foam that I have found really helpful for sculpting the styrofoam without the mess of those little white balls everywhere like I used to get using razor blades and knives.
