Emo Clothes Posted by Pdyx on Jun 29, 2010
So one of the puppets we're working on, and looking to finish fast for an upcoming show in mid July, is what we are calling our 'Emo Puppet.' He's going to have longish hair covering up his eye(s) and a sardonic or 'dark' t-shirt. Preferably something black, maybe a tie will go with it or a maybe a graphic t-shirt.
I was looking at children's clothes, and they don't really make stuff like that for babies.
We may have to make something. But I thought I'd put it out there to the forum. Any ideas or suggestions or thoughts?
Oh, I pretty much finished the snow monster puppet, but haven't had a chance to put teeth on him yet. When I do (or if I decide not to) I'll post up pictures.

Are there any biker shops or tattoo parlors in your area? That would be where to start. While they are not "cloths" stores their clientele is going to be into such things for their kids.

You could also get a white baby t-shirt and dye it black and get some iron on graphics from EBay....................... below are some suggestions

I have done what Billy suggested many times for those "teen" clothing situations and it turns out great...go to a used clothing store and get plain t-shirts and dye or iron on stuff they really change the look of them.
