I have never used rite dye, but I know hair dyes.....I forget what else I tried....doesn't work at least for fluorescent colors. Billy will probably know about the rite. I purchase some of my fur from Mendels http://www.mendels.com/fur2.shtml The blacklight pink and red I sell, I purchase in bulk from the manufacturer. Mendels has a great selection. They will also send you samples.

I have never dyed fur because in comes in such a variety of colors. You could........... I guess it would depend on what fibers the fur is made from whether the rit dye would work. I'm sure it would color the fur it just may not be a deep rich enough color as if you bought it.

I've used acrylic paint before like the person in the video. More then likely Rite Dye would have close to the same effect as the acrylic paint. To really dye fur you have to use acid dyes and I am just not willing to take that step. Way toxic and hard to do.
