So I just had my first puppetry group meeting as a director. The first thing I did was go over the policies, team related verses and the mission statement of the group.

I followed up with the five basics, giving them a brief overview, then showed the five basics DVD. That left us with 1/2 hour in the meeting for which I made the group practice their entrances and exits and height and positioning

Given that there were only 4 of us (not counting me) I think it was a relatively good meeting

Anything I should've done that I didnt?
