I'm 19 and sadly know nothing about puppets even though I've been fascinated by them since I was very young. Just been looking around at some of the galleries on this site and I'm really impressed with the quality and artistic thought that has gone into many of the puppets. I'm hoping to learn things through the forum and hopefully start making puppets myself in the near future when I've gained some basic knowledge.

Well then, Welcome! You've come to the right place. The nice thing about lack of knowledge is that it can be fixed so easily, and this is a great place to learn. I have found everyone here to be incredibly generous in sharing their knowledge and experience. Look around, ask questions, have fun!
