So I've talked on here about two puppets we've had in development and they're both more or less finished. I thought I'd share some pics. Thanks for the suggestions and help. I decided not to do teeth on this snow monster (he's a prototype, I might add teeth later or do them on the next version). We used Billy's suggestion to dye a white baby t-shirt black and iron on an image for the Emo puppet.
These are still some of our first puppets, but I think we're improving.
EDIT: The images are too big, way too big. I'm not sure the best way to post them directly, so I'll link them. I guess I need to get on the Gallery stuff here.

I love how the emo shirt turned out....good job it really works for him...nice puppets.

Great job! I love the emo one; the hair, eyes (expression) and the tee make it very clear what the character is.
