here is the second puppet i built. i was really impressed by the lack of wrinkles in the inner part of the mouth, because the following 3 that i made had quite a few. i wrote project puppet about my problem and they told me to leave a little gap in between  the 2 mouth plates. it worked. the arms on this puppet are coming loose now and i have to fix him. however i have since improved in my stitching. thanks for looking!  P1010083

i bought a lot of this pink boa when one of the dollar stores went out of business... can i dye these feathers different colors with food coloring? or can u guys suggest a cheap way of doing so.

You can try food coloring.....I use rit dye. When using food coloring make sure you add some white vinegar to your dye bath just as if you were dyeing Easter eggs. This sets the dye into the feathers.
