Gouache Paper Puppets Posted by Nikole H. on Jul 16, 2010
For those that know me, I am a huge fan of paper as the medium of choice in puppetry. While browsing on Etsy, I came across a delightful French illustrator's shop that has turned their illustrations into marvelous paper puppets. This artist has illustrated many books in France and I am glad that this artist has also found a way into the puppet community. I wanted to share this charming find with you all. Happy looking.

Great find Nikole, thanks for sharing! I really like this artist style. It is very unique. The rocking boat on their website is cool.

paper is indeed an excellent medium. a lot of paper puppets have been built here at puppetheap. if you go to our facebook page [ www.facebook.com/pages/Puppet-Heap/40102919248 ] most of the characters in the original puppet heap characters album have been built mostly with paper.
