Billy, don't forget to check that all the contents well pass customs.   Also current is different in the UK I think so the glue gun might not work for the kit if sent over seas.

That is right Shawn................................. I may have to wait until after my surgery. So it could be the end of September before I can sort things out.

Also, the dye pack may create a problem because it might be considered a chemical agent.  The USPS has a good resource by country on basic export and import guidelines.  Depending on where in the EU, some import licenses are required for the purchaser.  You'd probably need to have the HS tariff codes for each product.  I'll try to do some research over the next few weeks and see what I can find out on the specific things listed in your kit. Midge629 what country are you located in?

I was thinking the other night that when I first started the site there where no places you could really no puppet supply stores.  Now we have three of them and the owners are all members here at Puppets and Stuff!  Not only that but although they are "competitors", they help each other out!  Now how cool it that. Thank you guys for helping to make the puppet community I always dreamed of!

I'll have to agree Shawn............. Matt and Julie have been very helpful in the past and I think we all work well together too. They both are a pleasure to work with. Maybe between the three of us we can get needed supplies to out of the country puppet builders.

I'd like to say what a privilege it is to be included in this community.  Shawn, I know we don't say it enough, but THANK YOU  for providing a place where beginners as well as veteran puppeteers and builders can come together and share the great gifts we have been given.  Along with the encouragement of my friends, family, the Lord and our awesome customers....Puppets & Stuff members have been a wonderful source of encouragement.  I had been building for us personally as well as friends who where also in puppet ministry for several years before the Lord gave us the opportunity to start our business.  When I joined P&S I was so hesitant to post photos, because everyone's puppets where so amazing!!!  When I finally worked up the courage the post the first one....everyone was so supportive.  I don't even remember who was part of the community then, but to receive encouragement from such professional builders help encourage me to keep improving my skills.  Some of the best and most simple advice someone gave was that you just have the buy some foam you plan to waste and just get to cutting.   I was always so hesitant to try custom projects (creating my own pattern)....didn't want to waste the expensive resources. Boy...has that advice paid off.  Custom puppets are one of the largest parts of our business now.  THANKS to whomever gave that advice.

We have far to go as far the type of puppets I would like to provided, but with everyday....every piece of advice, every article...post etc we get closer.  Thanks again to everyone for their willingness to share and to Shawn for your willingness to provide this "safe" place to learn.
