I know this is old but if help is still needed on this subject I have some.
When I made mine I used a combination of that head pattern and this photo.

And my results were.

Here are my results. I used the Master Replicas head pattern but I modified it by adding more curvature and space to the top of the head and to the chin. The MR mouth pattern that is floating around is the perfect size and shape. The MR tongue and throat need to be enlarged a bit. As for the body, I used the old "5 wedge" method.
