AMAZING Julie!

You have a talent for making something complex seem simple.

Great job!  I love it!

Great Video....wonderful work thanks for sharing.

EVA is that not also called L200 (which is white or a grayish) I thought that EVA was a name brand?

Just want clarification.

Daryl,
EVA stands for Ethylene-vinyl acetate I think. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EVA_foam  It is the make up of the foam. I think that L200 is  type or brand name of the foam.  Here is some more technical jargon about foam. http://www.wordiq.com/definition/Foam

Thanks Angel.

Thanks Daryle and Shawn for clarifying.  All the foam choices are so confusing.  I wish I could have a samples of all the foams available.  It helps to have the actually product to see and touch. I'll have to check into that.

As far as the Giant....the blinking eyes work, but I'd really rather have a different method.  Something a bit smoother.  I've ordered Dave Privett's new video http://www.playsoup.com/store/video10.htm.  Haven't received it yet, but I'll let everyone know how it is.  Dave is a genius when it comes to mechanism.
After seeing Andrews photos of the Cockroaches in Bear Town, I'm thinking rods vs. cables might be a better way to go. Just when I think I have a design worked out....

On to the next large puppet project....a 4ft dog that stretches to approx. 5.5'-6'. Kind of like slinky dog only blacklight.

I know following my thread is like chasing a bunny, here there and everywhere.  I promise I'll start a new topic for the dog. LOL I made one about 3 years ago, but didn't take very many photos.

It's ALWAYS fun to see what you are working on!  You are so creative! BTW we can't wait for the first opportunity to use the new black light puppets we bought at I-Fest!
