How do you build finger mechanisms for marionettes? Posted by Abdolos on Aug 31, 2010
Wow!  Look at this video:

Look at the different things that Barti's hand does, and how he "holds" the neck of the guitar in his hand.  How is this even possible without obstructing the strings?  And the movement looks so quick and smooth, too.  Does anybody know anything or have any ideas about how fine finger mechanisms like this work?

i use to know of a you tube video of someone made a movable hand using paper, straws, and thin string or wire but I can't find it. I found some other stuff that might interest you............ it is worth saving. Mean while maybe someone can remember the video I'm referring to.
