when you compliment someone yourself the reactions are very differend from when Poppy compliments some oneI have always said that when a puppet says something it has a more powerful response. I used that in my classroom all the time! The children would want to please the puppet more than me so they would listen to the puppet whether the puppet was complimenting them or discussing a discipline problem. That is why puppets are invaluable!!!!

So Joyce we have some work to do here in Holland......... I know a few Christian puppetplayers. In the school a few teachers use a puppet but after a while the puppet is going to the house corner in the classroom.
My daughter had a teacher who played often with puppets......

hi Gompie I use Cre-Ation from the action store, it was all I had in stock at home and offcourse I had to just try it, but it sticks! it doesn't eat away on the foam or anything, it takes some time to dry though, and i don't know if it will stick if you wash it in the washingmachine, but for now it works and i,ts affordable!

How is the contest going, is Jemima nervous??The contest deadline is November 1 so I will not know anything until after that - there is nothing I can do now except wait! I am not expecting much but it was a good experience working on the piece.
