Ok so for a project i'm doing i am making a range of puppets!

I am struggling with shadow puppets!

i just wondered if anyone had any advice on creating this type of puppets or even know of any good resources i could use?

I agree Na is the Shadow puppet expert! Check with her and see what she offers in Shadow Puppetry 101.

Amazon has a good book you might like to read. I have it and it is very useful.

An easy way to learn the basics. (The long dog one is mine, and is probably the easiest way to start, as there's a video accompaniment plus pattern)

I haven't read it yet, but I have his 'Puppets and Puppet Theatre', as well as his marionette book, and they're both excellent.

Yeah, I bought it a while ago, but haven't gotten around to reading it. (The problem of getting lots of Amazon fees and not having to pay for books/shipping You end up with a big pile of books!)
