So where do you stand in the contest now?  Still holding at 17 or have you moved up?

Shawn, we are close to 12th!  But we still have a very long way to go to make it in the top ten!  We need at least 1,000 more votes to have a chance.  We have been frantically trying to gain more support, yet even when it feels like more people know about it, our daily vote ratio seems to stay the same.  I KNOW that if even half of those involved in the puppetry community voted right now, we'd be in really good shape, but I just don't know HOW to reach them.  I've posted on other puppet forums, emailed those in charge of puppet websites, posted on the Puppeteers of America facebook page, found science fiction fan forums just to tie into that avenue, and even had the local theatre reviewer post an article about us on his blog, yet if anything, our votes are going DOWN.  Not that our placing is falling behind, but our ability to catch up to those ahead of us is becoming more challenging.  And we only have until Monday to make a difference.  It's possible!  But everyone has to be on board for the next three days for it to happen.

Yes I was going through the other entries yesterday and I think you may be competing with some "professionals" at networking. Looks like the "Silence of the Lamb" takeoffs might be one of those. They entered a series of entries which gives them better odds and they are well done. I've been voting each day.  One reason I put the link in the top was to make it easy for me. Let's keep our fingers crossed.
