Well according to Wikipedia you are correct about Frustum.

The head is almost finish. The nose is still only pinned and I dont know how hot make the eyebrows.

In your drawing the eyebrows seem to float above the eye. What if you cut the shape out of cardboard then covered it in something like black felt or even some fake fur. The attach a small spring to the back and then attach that to the head of the puppet. That way your eyebrows would float like in the picture away from the head and even move some when the puppet was moving.

I love it...wonderful job!
I wish I had time to build custom puppets again. But right now, it's not feasible. lol
Keep the pics coming...can't wait to see the finished project.
