Project Puppet Update Posted by Billy D. Fuller on Jan 04, 2011
Just received this update!

2011 and the question that is most likely on your mind is "what's next?" Well, here at Project Puppet we've been contemplating that question for quite some time. Over the past year or more we've been planning, organizing, creating, remodeling and building a new tool that will hopefully prove to be just as useful (if not more) as the Project Puppet patterns have been and continue to be. This new tool is a brand new website - www.PuppetSmith.com.

As you might imagine, we get a lot of puppet building questions, ranging from the very basic to the quite complicated, here at Project Puppet. One of the main objectives of PuppetSmith is to answer those questions through various projects and tutorials, taking full advantage of current web technologies and opportunities for a more interactive experience.

PuppetSmith is scheduled to launch this month, January 2011. Many of the planned core sections of the site will be rolled out in phases throughout the first part of this year, but you won't want to miss the initial "ribbon cutting" later this month. We'll keep you posted!

Keep building!

Sincerely,
Pasha Romanowski
Project Puppet

I can't wait!  You know if they keep this up I'll be able to shut down Puppets and Stuff since there won't be a need for it any more.

Why, why, why?

Unfortunately for me, it's very hard to stay mad at people I like

I just saw the e-mail, very excited to see what more we can learn
And P&S will always be handy, there's never a shortage of desire for people to interact with like-minded people.

PuppetsandStuff is my main puppet page...I go other sites to check on an entry or item...then come back to my "main" page.

The only reason I normally find out about what going on another page is because I've seen it here...

This is a GREAT site...the people, the info, the layout, the HELP...I know it's alot of work for you Shawn, but I think you're stuck with some of us!

Thanks,

Dennis

Don't worry guys.  Puppets and Stuff well be around for a long time. I think there is more then enough room for more sites on puppetry and that it just strengthens the art as a whole.
