Just got finished with teaching a puppet making class for the local arts council. It was a lot of fun and the kids really enjoyed themselves. One thing I am always amazed by is how EXTREMELY creative children are if you simply let them explore the materials and don't give too many "instructions".  As adults we often get too fixated on the right and wrong way to do things and so we often forget how to be creative! I want to be a kid again...................... that looks kike much fun!

This morning was the last class of Puppet Making Part TWO!! The kids had so much fun last time a few wanted to do it again (actually several asked if we could just keep coming back every Saturday!!)
I wanted to share a few of the pictures form the class. The kids were AWESOME again!!

I almost forgot to mention that I discovered a GREAT adhesive that works wonderfully when working with kids. It is called 'UGlue Dashes'. They work much better than other glue dots, stick even to fur, are easy for the kids to use!
