Er, I take back what I said. I evidently didn't take the time to do the obvious: click on the 'credits' page, where the photos are clearly taken with permission.

Still, I think the other points stand: another community is nice and all, but making it login-only doesn't encourage sharing.

I actually emailed the owner of Made by Moxie to see if they knew about this site or person.  Maybe we can get some more details since it does not seem like this person has been back since they signed up and posted.

Must be a puppet troll... or a trolling puppet?  Who knows?

also, it is odd that the person who has posted this site has not replied to anything in this thread.
Re: Welcome Everyone - New Social Network for Puppeteers Posted by Na on Jan 26, 2011
yes, because no other member of this site posts once and never comes back... /end sarcasm

I myself have about three or four threads I've yet to reply to from late last year.

Let's let the person respond in a reasonable amount of time before getting our knickers in a twist

Hmmm... could be a Brit expression... actually, not sure where I picked it up on. Somewhere between the mostly American and BBC TV presumably.

Really LJ?  It did not strike me as odd at all... our family uses it quite a bit.  Then again we are a bit odd ourselves and grew up in the Airforce overseas.

Not in the midwest!  We don't use the term knickers!  We just say "Undies in a bundle!"  I like "Knickers in a twist" much better. I just may have to use that for one of my puppets!
