Have you always wanted to learn the puppetry style used in television shows such as Sesame Street and The Muppet Show? Well, now is your chance!

This interactive class will teach class participants the basic principles of television puppetry. Students will not only learn puppetry technique, but will also create their own characters in class. Whether you are brand new ...to the world of puppetry or you have experience and want to broaden your skill set,this class is for you! This class will give you all of the tools required to become a great television puppeteer! We're going to have a blast! Hope to see you there. Ages 18 and up.

Classes will be held every Friday evening from February 11th to March 4th, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm.

Total admission for all four classes is 250.00. Scholarships available!

A minimum of 8 participants is required.

Class instructor Ryan Dillon is a professional puppeteer and puppet builder living in Brooklyn, NY. At seventeen, Ryan began working as a puppeteer for Sesame Street, becoming one of the youngest to ever work for the company. Other puppetry credits include: Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, The O'Neill Puppetry Conference, and various commercials, pilots and online video projects. Currently, Ryan plays Dorsel in John Tartaglia's ImaginOcean, which is currently playing Off-Broadway at New World Stages. www.dillypuppets.com
