This isn't really a puppet site but it is about a life size Beaker(from the muppets).some of the techniques used can be applied to your puppet making also.Thought everyone might enjoy it

Cool find!  While the site may not be a puppet site, you are right the information on this particular project is very useful.  I love the fact that he used thing that are really pretty easy to find in most places at least in the US.

I like the link to the vacuum forming,its a really cheap and easy way to make misc parts and stuff you might need.

I love Beaker, but that thing kind of freaks me out.....would have been cooler on a smaller scale I think.
