Thanks for the pics and links.  I searched them but wasn't sure what I was looking at. LOL.  I think this is a great idea.  I added some removable arm rods before and tried a few things to hold them  in place. I will try this next time.

I love the idea of being able to put features on where you (or your client) want them once you have the base of the puppet done.
Good idea using the computer screws for the arm rods.
