Gratings and Salivations,



So...My name is Jonathan, I live in Kansas City, a dad of a 2 1/2 year old, loving husband. I also have always loved the Muppets and all things Henson. I have thought about messing around with puppetry for a long, long, time, but have never got around to do so. Recently I mentioned this to an long time friend and he laughed and said that this is a 'perfect storm'. He has a lot of experience in media fields, I am an artist. Podcasting and cheaper tech allow for easier media production these days. Places like this and Project Puppet help us newbies figure things out. It all seems to becoming together.

So....it is time for me to start learning....to start figuring out an old dream of mine and get the ball rolling.
So this is my 'Hello All' and my 'I hope to learn alot'.

Shawn....I live just southeast of 87th and James A Reed...and I work on the UMKC campus.

Where on the campus to you work?  My house mate works for the KC Rep as their shop lead carpenter.

I am in charge of the Surplus department on the KC campus.  Basically I take the old desks, computers, and misc equipment and try to recover some funds back for the university.
