Looks like a great new site, congrats! Love the mouseover icons at the top with the heads popping up it gave me a good laugh especially the monkey one since I'm a profound monkey lover!

Only critique (from a developers standpoint) is the About Lisa page where the text spills outside of the circle. If you don't plan on changing the text often you might consider just making the circle+text in the same image. That way you can cleanly put the text up to the edge and it'll look right on all browsers/monitor configs.

Ah, Lisa emailed me about this. It's so hard to know exactly where the text overflow problem is. Can you go to this site: http://supportdetails.com/ and then email me () the results? I've tried to test in all browsers and a number of different screen resolutions, but it's extremely possible something is spilling out for a smaller/larger res.

Other than that, thanks for the compliments!

PS. I love how everyone likes the menu icons. The whole basis for my design was trying to bring the "pockets full of fun" to the website, and I see my goal has been accomplished!

West Host has been very easy to work with - thanks for the advice there!

West Host has been quite good from what I can tell. It's the other one that I would like to give the evil eye to!

Or completely devoid of having any sense of the word 'reject'.

I am not seeing the spill on the About Lisa page. I know that Steve suggested making the text part of the image but I would advise against that. Search engins can read the regular text but not text in an image and you really want that text so they give you better search results.

Really love the navigation! It's functional, simple yet appealing and (no offense) but this is a much cleaner design than your previous site in terms of being less cluttered.

The issues I did spot (from a design / marketing lens) is also the text that spills out the bubbles in some pages. But I agree with shawn, making it part of the image wouldn't let search engines pick it up. And the other thing is just the calendar, I have trouble deciphering it's cryptic message! (;

No, I definitely won't be making any text part of the imagery. Actually the problem is exactly what you think it would be: IE not playing fair. Sadly, I can't access the site still, as the DNS is still fresh and not updated in my part of the world yet.... makes it hard to see what's what.
