I'm going to start a Vlog on youtube with a puppet as the host. I just need ideas for a character. Should it be human, monster, or animal? And if animal, what animal?

I would like to hear your suggestions.

As a sci fi nerd first and puppet maker/puppeteer after, I would say none of the above and suggest alien, fantasy, or cryptozoological creatures. But within the limits of what you asked... a prosimian. A bush baby, tarsier, lemur, aye-aye or slow loris.

I would go with a nonhuman too.

Hmm I was thinking of something in the rodent family. Whatever he is he wont be the friendliest of characters. I'm thinking very Osacar the grouch like in attitude.Maybe even a cockroach.
