Hello, my name is Gary, and I am looking forward to digging into this site and seeing whats here. I am a recent inductee into the world of puppets and masks, and as I am involved with a theatre that does just that, I am immersing myself!

Welcome Gary to Puppets and Stuff! I see you listed Sound Designer first for your titles. Is that your main role at the theater? I checked out the Zoot site and it looks like you guys do some really exciting productions. The pictures on the announcement page about CityFolk Festival and the performance of "People's Puppet Play" are very cool. Makes we want to see the production.

Hi again everyone, thanks for the replies. Yes Shawn, currently my main role at the Zoot Theatre Company is sound designer, but I am learning the art of puppet-building. In fact, I am building one now - a bird - for our upcoming production of "The Phantom Tollbooth". It has to have motion in the eyes and beak, so I am on the fast-track!
